Who we are

Mishaya Safaris, Plot 86 Mawanda Road, Kampala, Uganda ("we", "us"). Contact: info@mishayasafaris.com.

What we collect

When you send a request or booking, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, travel dates, number and ages of travelers, preferences, and any notes about accessibility, diet or special requests. We store your consent to this policy and our booking terms with the date.

We do not collect or store card details. If you pay online, payment is handled by our payment provider, Stripe, which sends us only the payment status.

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare quotes, make and manage your booking (including permits and lodge reservations), send you emails about your booking, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only what is needed to deliver your trip and run this website: lodges, park authorities and transport providers for your itinerary; our website host and database provider; our email delivery provider; and, if you pay online, Stripe.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses essential cookies to keep the staff admin area secure. If analytics are switched on, we only load them after you agree in the cookie banner, and we never send form contents or contact details to analytics tools. You can change your choice at any time from the link in the footer.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking records for 24 months after your trip or last contact, unless we need them longer for legal or accounting reasons, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@mishayasafaris.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
